Why we created Caree?
Care workers are underpaid, and agencies charge clients up to double what they pay their carers. This means you the client are paying over the odds for carers who are underappreciated and underpaid, often on minimum wage. We experienced these issues with finding suitable carers for our own families and decided we’d do something about it. Our carers set their own rates and our fees are a fraction of traditional home care providers, meaning your carer is paid more while you pay less with the peace of mind knowing your carer is fully vetted and insured.
